Halesowen College Public Website

Tender description

The current public website for Halesowen College has been developed and hosted on-premises. Whilst this is advantageous for reasons such as extensibility, customisability, and access to data, it also requires development/maintenance time and relies heavily the College's infrastructure. As such, there is no robust hosting solution in place and the uptime of the website relies on the main campus' network connection being alive which is difficult to guarantee and certainly doesn't offer 100% uptime. The College is also currently undergoing changes to solidify a more professional brand and image and to improve the coherence of the brand across platforms such as the external website. We are in the early stages of development with this and, as such, would like to use the website as a means of designing and launching this new professional image. Design flair, vision and awareness of competitor solutions are traits necessary to undertake this project. A strong portfolio of work relating to website design/implementation and brand guidance is also essential.
