The contract is split into 4 Lots as follows: — Lot 1: Central Park, Acacia Hall, Manor Gatehouse and Hesketh Park. — Lot 2: Housing and Sheltered Housing Areas. — Lot 3: Worcester Park and Saxon Park. — Lot 4 Darenth Country Park, Dartford Heath, Council Open Spaces and Car Parks. Tenderers should be aware that, at the absolute discretion of the Council, a contract might be awarded to a sole, combination or separate tenderers.
