Tender description

In support of DFID Nigerias Business Plan (2016-2020), DFID is seeking a service provider to deliver the third phase of its Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (NIAF Prorgramme) — The United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF). The selected service provider will be expected to deliver the programmes five output area over a period of 4 years (2018-2022). Building on the success of the two earlier phases, the programme will provide high quality embedded and short-term expertise to Nigerian government and regulatory counterparts to support improved delivery of infrastructure services. The intended procurement route for this tender is Competition with Negotiation, then utilising an NEC Professional Services contracting method. DFID intends to hold an early market engagement event on the 19th December at 12 p.m. The event will be facilitated both in DFID Whitehall and the British High Commission in Abuja. Due to restrictions within the DFID offices, organisations wishing to attend will be limited to having one representative attend the event, however, others may dial into the event using the dial in details as below: Dial +44 (0) 01355 598360 or +44 (0) 20 7321 6570. When prompted, enter the VMR Conference no 402032635, followed by the "#" or "pound" key when complete. When prompted for the conference password, enter the 4-digit access code, 3751 followed by the "#" or "pound" key when complete. This will access the VMR. Closing date for registration is close of business on Thursday 14 December. Attendance will not be permitted at either office unless registration as above has taken place.
