CGL is seeking to engage a suitable qualified and experienced provider for the provision of a comprehensive drug screening service, who CGL can rely on for accuracy, reliability and integrity to provide expert advice and support in all aspects of drug testing supporting by a dedicated support team. Provide a one-stop shop for CGL's on-site and laboratory drug testing requirements. Provide accurate and reliable products Provide expert advice and training to CGL services in drug testing and interpreting results Provide accurate management data on quantities of products purchased by individual CGL services. Provide consolidated electronic invoice with breakdown of spend against cost centres in excel or .CSV in a format that is agreeable to CGL Provide a formal, preferably on-line, ordering and cancellation procedure Provide an on-line system to receive test results or alternative efficient results service Provide realistic and achievable SLA's CGL requires the terms and prices agreed as part of this contract to be extended to any other agency who CGL works in partnership with to provide services
