Crescent Road Car Park Refurbishment - Main Contractor

Tender description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified main contractor for the refurbishment of its Crescent Road Multi-storey Car Park. The specifications have been created by the managing agent for the Council, Stripe Consulting Ltd, who will also be responsible for managing the project and appointed contractor on our behalf. Expressions of interest will be accepted until 12:00pm on Friday 29th December 2017, after which time no further expressions of interest will be accepted. Final tender submissions are required by 12:00pm on Monday 8th January 2018. There will be a 3 stage evaluation process as outlined in the tender documentation.
