Contract for the Provision of Security Services for Wirral Community NHS Foundation Trust

Tender description

The key requirements for this contract are for the protection of 13 healthcare buildings and assets throughout Wirral. This will be delivered via static guarding and 24 hour response teams. As a Trust the safety and security of our patients, visitors and staff is fundamental. We are looking for a company who can assure the Trust of their utmost commitment and ability to provide this at all times including out of hours when buildings will be closed. The successful contract provider will also be the nominated key holder for each site. This will include responding to alarm activations via the red-care system within the Trusts designated time restrictions. This procurement is a "two stage" restricted process.in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Bidders need to complete and submit the Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) by the time and date included within the timetable. Do not submit the tender response document until the SQ has been evaluated. Successful bidders will then be invited to the Invitation to Tender stage. The purpose of including the specification at this stage is to inform Bidders as the scope of the procurement.
