Who Speclialist Work With Internal senior management team which includes the Head of Programme, Outcome Data and PMPR Senior Project Manager, Principal Information Analyst, Information analysts and data scientists , Clinical Lead , Clinical authors and Pathways Development team. Wider stakeholder community including SMEs, inter-domain and cross-domain teams. What Specialists Work On To conduct linkage and analysis of the NHS 111/999 and clinical outcomes data from various services (e.g. emergency departments) to support improved clinical triage. The Information Analysts/Data Scientists will form part of the Outcome Data and Predictive Modelling of Patient Risk (PMPR) team. Where the Work Takes Place London (preferable) or Leeds Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Ideally based in London but Leeds is possible Work Location London (preferable) or Leeds Security Clearance Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Knowledge and experience of SAS and SQL Demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced environment, in an analyst or data scientist role Demonstrable experience in conducting and interpreting complex analysis and reconciling conflicting information to reach a conclusion Significant understanding, expertise and experience of working investigating and resolving data quality issues Demonstrable ability for problem solving in novel areas, where there are no established solutions Experience of producing written material such as presentations, reports and publications Ability to communicate complex technical information through the use of the appropriate communication techniques to a range of audiences Demonstrable knowledge of best practice in the production of analysis Excellent planning skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities Nice to Haves Knowledge and experience of other analytical tools, e.g. Power BI Knowledge and experience of Data Science and Programming skills No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria Expertise in communicating with staff, helping to clarify goals and activities and the links between these and Departmental strategy Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 50% Cultural fit 20% Price 30% Questions from Suppliers No questions have been answered yet Budget range
