Care Home Sector - Nursing Home Provision Market Engagement Event for Service Specification Friday 19th January 2018, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bracknell Open Learning Centre, Rectory Lane, Bracknell RG12 7GR Bracknell Forest Council are constructing a new nursing home. The Council held a co-production event on 16 November 2017 at which the Council detailed its proposals for nursing care provision and gave the independent sector an opportunity to influence and shape the development of this service and the timetable for the procurement of the care element. The next phase is to work with providers on the development of the specification. If your organisation is interested in participating, and has experience of providing nursing care, please register by emailing contracts.team@bracknell-forest.gov.uk. Spaces are limited to twenty attendees. Should the event be oversubscribed, preference will be given to those organisations who registered to attend the event on 16 November 2017, or to members of the Berkshire Care Association (as these are local providers). A copy of the draft specification will be issued to attendees prior to the event and attendees are asked to come prepared to comment on this. Lunch will be provided.
