The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking tenders from Building Material Suppliers who are interested in gaining approval onto a framework agreement for supplying these products. The framework is split into 9 lots and suppliers can tender for any number of Lots: Ad Hoc Maintenance Materials -. Lot 1: Screws & plugs. Lot 2: Insulation. Lot 3: Timber. Lot 4 Boards. Lot 5: Doors. Lot 6: Masonry & Plastering. Lot 7: Miscellaneous. Lot 8: Van Stock. Lot 9: Projects materials. Lot 1: Screws & plugs. The Council is seeking to appoint up to 6 suitable suppliers with branches across the Bradford district to enable collection of materials in the most expedient manner keeping costs and timescales to a minimum. If you don’t currently have a branch within the district please ensure that before submitting a tender you have started the process to ensure that if successful you will have a branch to open in time for the start of this framework agreement. Lot 2: Insulation. The Council is seeking to appoint up to 6 suitable suppliers with branches across the Bradford district to enable collection of materials in the most expedient manner keeping costs and timescales to a minimum. Lot 3: Timber. The Council is seeking to appoint up to 6 suitable suppliers with branches across the Bradford district to enable collection of materials in the most expedient manner keeping costs and timescales to a minimum. If you don’t currently have a branch within the district please ensure that before submitting a tender you have started the process to ensure that if successful you will have a branch to open in time for the start of this framework agreement. Lot 7: Miscellaneous. The Council is seeking to appoint up to 6 suitable suppliers with branches across the Bradford district to enable collection of materials in the most expedient manner keeping costs and timescales to a minimum. If you don’t currently have a branch within the district please ensure that before submitting a tender you have started the process to ensure that if successful you will have a branch to open in time for the start of this framework agreement. Lot 8: Van Stock. Out of all the appointed suppliers for Lots 1-7 who also applied for this Lot, on a 6 monthly basis the Council will appoint 1 suitable supplier to supply Van Stock. This will be the lowest priced supplier for the list of products required, see Price Adjustment section below for further details on how this will work. Lot 9: Projects materials. The Council is seeking to appoint up to 6 suitable suppliers who will be required to deliver direct to site. Sites will usually be situated within the Bradford District (but could be outside the district) at Council owned public buildings, schools and privately owned buildings.
