Tender description

The package of multi-element improvements comprises kitchen replacement works (inc. M&E), bathroom refurbishments, upgrades to the scheme’s communal lighting, rainwater goods replacement, uPVC over-cladding of fascias and soffits, essential remedial works to roofs (inc. eaves & verges), upgrade of the scheme’s existing CCTV system, remedial works to an existing acoustic batten floor to first floor communal areas, resurfacing of external hardstandings (including works to provide a new external clothes-drying area and refuse enclosure by demolishing & removing the scheme’s redundant, communal oil tank) and refurbishment works to internal communal areas throughout, to include replacement of existing fire doorsets.
