Tender description

The suite of TfL Professional Services Frameworks is: — TfL's and its Group Companies', — Greater London Authority and its Functional Bodies and all London Boroughs, — primary means of accessing engineering, — planning and project management support and, — expertise in the external supply chain. In line with its Commercial Strategy, TfL intends to move toward a Category Management approach for replacing the current Professional Services Framework. Fundamental to the success of the programme is ensuring that the intended users have access to the necessary technical and specialist skills and services to meet their requirements. The vision for the new suite of Frameworks includes higher quality service provision, reduced costs and greater value for money based on key strategic objectives. There will be a suite of Professional Services Frameworks that will include services in the following Categories(but this is not limited too): 1) Project and Programme Management and Commercial Services. 2) Transport Planning and Impact Monitoring Services. 3) Rail Engineering Services. 4) Multi-Disciplinary Services inc Health and Safety Services and Environmental Services. The first two Frameworks (Project and Programme Management and Commercial Services and Transport Planning and Impact Monitoring Services) will be released in the Summer of 2018. The remaining Frameworks will be released in early 2019.
