Great Yarmouth Borough Council is looking to commission a multi-disciplinary team of consultants headed by a design lead, to carry out services in connection with the Redevelopment of the 6-day and 2 day markets in Great Yarmouth. The successful team of consultants must, inter alia: 1. creatively assess the potential of the site and be fully conversant with the risks and opportunities arising from each feasibility, concept and developed design; 2. consult and have dialogue with stakeholders, including the market traders, throughout all design processes and work stages; 3. work productively with planners and other council officers and statutory authorities throughout the design processes and work stages.
