The agencies will be required to plan, manage and implement all strategic media planning and buying, offline and online. The requirements will be sub-divided into 2 Lots. Integrated agencies are encouraged to apply for both Lots; specialist agencies for those Lots applicable to their skill set. Off-line media buying services. To include strategy, implementation and evaluation of activity across out of home, broadcast, print, radio, partnerships and experiential. On-line media buying services. To include strategy, implementation and evaluation of activity across digital display, PPC inc Google Adwords, SEO, social, partnerships, strategic link building, customer data acquisition, influencer engagement.
