Tender description

A contract for the provision of facilities management soft services across Southern Water Services Limited's premises. The contract is planned to be for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend the initial period by up to a further 2 years exercisable by Southern Water. The facilities management soft services contract will comprise of catering, cleaning, FM at one site and security. The catering services will include concessions at 2 sites. The facilities management soft services contract will comprise of catering (including hospitality), cleaning of 29 sites across the Southern Water region, FM at one site in Hampshire and manned security at 2 sites (including adhoc requirement). The catering services will include concessions at 2 sites.
