Tender description

Wigan Council are seeking bids for Tenants' Home Contents Insurance. The insurance is to be available tenants of Wigan Council's housing stock with the option to extend to leaseholders and Council staff. This contract will run for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Therefore the total length of the contract will be a maximum of 5 years or 60 months.
