Tender description

Statutory building control services for Rutland County Council, a small unitary authority in the East Midlands. Rutland County Council are seeking a Building Control Service provider to fulfil its statutory obligations in respect of building control, including evaluation, inspection and approval of design and construction works. Office space and administrative support will be provided in Council premises and the services must also be available as required outside office hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays. The service must be provided by suitably qualified, skilled and experienced persons. The service provider must be able to commence services from 1.4.2018. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to performance.
