The On Line Booking system should allow clients to book online or by telephone and process the required fee. Online bookings should allow clients to choose their preferred venue and course date within ‘expiry’ dates (by interrogating the police database) and pay for the course at the same time. All information passed over the internet will require high level of security and the system must have full PCI DSS compliance. The system should operate in ‘real time’ and continually monitor all processes with regard to the operation of the scheme administration.
