Soft Market Test - Large Format Digital Advertising Screens Across the Borough of Sefton

As part of Sefton Council’s ambitious Change Programme, the Council is looking to assess the opportunity and impact of the installation of large format, outdoor digital advertising screens across the borough of Sefton. Expressions of interest are invited from specialist contractors who would erect units / administer advertising on Council owned land. The preferred format is free standing Mega 6 size but consideration will be given to other formats if appropriate. This market test is taking place in advance of any procurement exercise in order that Sefton Council can gather knowledge and ideas from the market that may in turn shape a future procurement exercise. The purpose of this market test is to identify potential partners, sites, models and indicative information. In order to contribute to this information gathering opportunity the Council requires you to compile a short narrative providing relevant information including illustrations / images.
