Islington Council invites suitable expressions of interest from organisations to provide housing support services in shared and/or self-contained supported accommodation for young people with a range of needs. The service will provide short term accommodation and a high quality housing support service for children looked after aged 16 and 17, care leavers, and homeless young people aged 18 to 21. Minimum required capacity: 10 Minimum required cover arrangements: 24 hours, 7 day weekly on-site support and night support, with out of hours' emergency on-call responsive support service. Minimum of 2 staff required on-site during the day. There may be occasions that the service will take young people on remand. Each unit offered above the minimum required capacity should be costed at the same annual rate per bed as the other beds offered.
