Tender description

The Provider will deliver specialist advice, support, protection to families in crisis fleeing domestic abuse (inc. females, males and females with male children aged 16+), who may also have other complex needs, and their families with the aim of increasing their safety. A Domestic Abuse Support Service to all Service Users and their families in Tameside based upon their individual levels of need, risk, protective factors and recovery capital. Some may require advice and signposting to an alternative appropriate service, or low level support, whilst others will require full support and the involvement of interventions from an IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisors) and support where civil and criminal systems are involved.
