Tender description

This has been split into 2 lots: Lot 1 Jetting and CCTV Works — 135 000 GBP per annum, This includes a provisional sum of 35 000 GBP per annum for additional works for other departments and 30 000 GBP over the lifetime of the contract for fluctuations. The total is 705 000 GBP over 5 years. Lot 2 Ground Maintenance of Flood Risk Assets — 100 000 GBP per annum, This includes a provisional sum of 30 000 GBP over the lifetime of the contract for fluctuations. The total is 530 000 GBP over 5 years. Jetting and CCTV investigations of Watercourse, and Highway culverts. Cleaning of Highway interceptors. Cleaning and investigation of Highway soak-aways. 135 000 GBP per annum, This includes a provisional sum of 35 000 GBP per annum for additional works for other departments and there is also a separate provisional sum of 30 000 GBP for inflation over the lifetime of the contract. The total is 705 000 GBP over 5 years. Part A Specialist works: These are 1-off works that will be required to bring assets up to a maintainable standard, and carry out remedial works to existing assets and to replace failing components. These include: Tree removals, Fence repairs/installation, Part B. Maintenance works: These are what would be classed as ongoing annual maintenance works which would be carried out on a regular basis throughout the calendar year. Time-scales will be dependent on asset type. These include: Grass Cutting, Hedge cutting, Boundary (fence and hedge) maintenance, Weed Killing. 100 000 GBP per annum,There is also a separate provisional sum of 30 000 GBP for inflation over the lifetime of the contract. The total is 530 000 GBP over 5 years.
