Tender description

Arts Council England are looking for a service provider, consortium or contractor (which may be a joint venture comprising of a number of providers, or a prime contractor that may sub-contract certain elements of the services) to develop and implement a consumer insight toolkit that will provide national portfolio organisations and the arts council with insight into what audiences, participants, peers, artists and creative practitioners think about the work being produced by national portfolio organisations across the 2018-2022 investment period. This will include provision of 2 key elements: i) provision of a digital platform, and ii) consultancy and support services. Arts Council England will welcome tenders from providers who can provide all elements of the service, or provide those services in conjunction with sub-contractors and /or joint venture partners.
