The objective of this Request for Tenders was to appoint one service provider for the provision of Public Relations services to SEAI. The main components of the contract are as follows: — Strategic communications planning. — Development of creative annual public relations plan, based on SEAI's business plan, which meets contribute to the achievement of communications objectives and the specific programme targets. — Measuring success of PR activities. The objective of this Request for Tenders was to appoint 1 service provider for the provision of Public Relations services to SEAI. The main components of the contract are as follows: — Strategic communications planning. — Development of creative annual public relations plan, based on SEAI's business plan, which meets contribute to the achievement of communications objectives and the specific programme targets. — Measuring success of PR activities. Estimated value excluding VAT for duration (1 year + 2 12-month extensions) of the contract: 234 000 EUR.
