Provision of Legal Services to Tusla (Child & Family Agency).

Tender description

This public procurement competition is for the provision of a range of legal services to Tusla. The competition will be divided into twenty two (22) lots with each Lot resulting in a separate contract. In summary, the Services comprise of legal services relating to childcare (including education welfare services), legal services relating to special care, legal services relating to adoption, corporate and commercial legal services, employment law services and management and administration services.The Contracting Authority is conducting this Competition by way of open competition. As the subject matter of Lots 1 to 21 comprises Annex XIV services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement (the “Procurement Directive”), Lots 1 to 21 are not subject to the full rules of the Procurement Directive.
