Quotations are invited in respect of the Provision of Performance Management Software as detailed in the "Statement of Requirement" section below but in summary: 1.A unified, configurable on-line system that gives managers and staff an efficient and effective way to manage and track performance that includes; setting defined performance and development goals, accessing and rating them throughout the year with the ability to update and provide instant feedback and real time data. A system that aligns objectives and organisations goals, incorporates our values & behavioural competencies and personal development planning, 2.A system that incorporates training management software to enable scheduling of classroom led courses, self-service course bookings, waiting lists and provides communications to delegates. 3.The potential, if required, to enable workforce planning and talent identification/management.
