Tender description

YPO were looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Internal and External Wall Paints, Coatings and associated Services including Sundries and Professional Advice. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements. This Lot is for the provision of Internal and External Wall Paints, A framework agreement for the provision of Internal and External Wall Paints will be agreed and the end customer will place the order with the provider and the provider delivers direct to the end customer. This Lot was for the provision of Internal and External Wall Paints and Decorator Sundries designed to be purchased through Tenant Packs or Voucher schemes by Tenants on behalf of Customers. A framework agreement for the provision of Internal and External Wall Paints will be agreed and the end customer will place the order with the provider and the provider delivers direct to the end customer. This Lot was for the provision of Wallpaper and Decorator Sundries. A framework agreement for the provision of these items will be agreed and the end customer will place the order with the provider and the provider delivers direct to the end customer. This Lot was for the provision of Design Services and utilisation of expertise in relation to the application of paints and wallpapers. A framework agreement for the provision of these services will be agreed and the end customer will place the order with the provider and the provider delivers the services direct to the end customer. This Lot was for the provision of a fixed number of Paints and other Sundries to be included in the YPO Catalogue. The items are comprised of the elements set out in Lot 1-3 but will be included within YPO's annual catalogue. There are 2 arrangements envisioned for this Lot: Lot 5 (decorator sundries) — For YPO catalogue items potential providers may also be appointed for the supply of decorator sundries for use primarily in the education market by delivery of stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Lot 5 (paints) — For YPO catalogue items potential providers may also be appointed for the supply of paints for use primarily in the education market by delivery of items to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer.
