The London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to Tender for the Contract for the Provision of Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services in the London Borough of Redbridge for the development of 22-26 and 17-23 Clements Road, Ilford. Through this tender the Council, on behalf of the Council's wholly owned development company (Devco) is seeking to appoint a coordinated professional team, under a single leading consultant, to lead the design, planning and implementation of the Clements Road development proposals. Working alongside Devco’s property advisors, the professional team will be expected to undertake all relevant actions on the company’s behalf to deliver the project to the agreed specification, programme and budget. It is for tendering firms to consider the extent of professional services required to meet the requirements of this commission but it is anticipated that, as a minimum, tendered would need to be able to evidence appropriate experience in architecture and urban design, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering, quantity surveying, project management, planning and transportation and any other relevant specialisms.
