Tender description
The Contract will provide a community maintenance and responsive repair service for Care on Call dispersed alarm units which support the independent living of older and vulnerable residents living in Salford. The Annual Servicing and Responsive Maintenance of Dispersed Alarm Units involves the maintenance of approximately 2500 units in operation, with the intention of growing the service to 2800 units. The Supplier will provide high quality maintenance and repair service of community alarms in service users homes, delivered by trained & qualified engineers working to ensure equipment remains fully operational and undertake repairs in a timely manner. The Contract includes: a) Annual Servicing of Dispersed Units b) Repair of units c) Replacement of Batteries/Pendants d) Maintenance of records.
