Tender description

NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) provides a portfolio of therapeutic treatments to patients from a range of clinical specialties. Treatments provided using multi-functional apheresis technology include collection procedures: peripheral blood stem cell collection & granulocyte collection, exchange procedures: plasma exchange and red cell exchange, depletion procedures: white cell depletion, platelet depletion, and bone marrow processing. This Framework Agreement is divided into lots: — Lot 1: Support of existing multi-functional apheresis equipment, consumables, and machine technology - this has been awarded to Terumo BCT Europe, — Lot 2: Supply and support of new multi-functional apheresis equipment, consumables, and machine technology - this has been awarded to two suppliers: — — Terumo BCT Europe — — Fresenius Kabi This Framework Agreement is for a period of 4 years.
