Tender description
Leeds Building Services is the Council’s Internal Service Provider (ISP) of construction and maintenance services for Leeds City Council. Currently there is no single system to provide our estimators and quantity surveyors with the information they require, quickly and easily. Currently when large-scale planned improvement schemes are requested, these are all estimated and costed manually. A single estimating software solution is required to reduce duplication, streamline processes and make accessing and reporting information much simpler and more efficient.
