Tender description

The project is to test a large scale Individual Placement and Support employment intervention for unemployed users of Drug and Alcohol Services across up to 9 boroughs in West and North West London (NWL STP-8 + Barnet). The Service will be funded via a Social Impact Bond. The Service will work with c.1,900 service users over three years, Ealing is acting as the Lead Authority procuring the IPS service on behalf of itself and the Authorities named in II.1.4. The Services are social services governed by Section 7 Chapter 3 PCR 2015. The procedure adopted will be detailed in the tender documentation and follows a procedure similar to the Competitive Dialogue Procedure. The Authorities are free to determine the procedure used. Details of the procurement process will be set out in the Procurement Documents The estimated value of the contract is between 2 000 000 GBP to 3 000 000 GBP, the budget is subject to final funding decisions from a number of the procurement partners.
