Tender description

This project seeks to draw on the International Plant Sentinel Network (ISPN) and focus on a number of different aims including gathering evidence to support risk analysis, developing capability and capacity in botanic gardens for increased surveillance and to carry one survey a year for high priority plant pests and pathogens. The UK will draw on the network by requesting evidence on plant risk threats to the UK but will also contribute by carrying out surveys and providing evidence on plant pests and pathogens of interest to members of the network. The main focus will be on the European network covered under the Euphresco project but the wider network will be drawn up as appropriate.
