Who Speclialist Work With The Immigration Enforcement design team, the 11 IE Transformation Programmes/projects and enabler programmes including technology and policy and other . What Specialists Work On Scope, include but not limited: Objective: Support architecture activities and lead on business analysis activities in large scale business transformation programme. Outputs, Lead on business process mapping activity (To-Be) (BPMN 2). Manage change control for existing process maps. Support work package planning and development (SWOT). Support business capability model, process architecture. Support business information, data model development. Support value stream mapping. Support Business capability modelling. Success Criteria: Alignment of analysis activities to the business architecture meta model. Alignment of analysis activities to wider work programme. Adherence to agreed standards and principles. Delivery to time and quality. Knowledge transfer to employees Where the Work Takes Place Main location for the work will be Lunar House, Croydon with occasional other locations such as central London or other regional Immigration Enforcement offices. Early Market Engagement N/A Working Arrangements We expect the supplier to be flexible to our needs and be able to make working with a mixed team across multiple sites effective. Off site and remote working can be accommodated, however due to security considerations this would need to be discussed. Expenses will not be payable for travel to sites within the M25; expenses incurred from travel outside of the M25/Greater London will be subject to Home Office Travel and Subsistence Policy; expenses for travel to regional sites to be agreed Work Location Main location for the work will be Lunar House, Croydon with occasional other locations such as central London or other regional Immigration Enforcement offices. Security Clearance Minimum CTC. Individuals who are non-British/EEA nationals must either be in possession of leave to remain with no restrictions on their time to live/work in UK or their leave to remain must be valid for the duration and permit work this capacity. HO will arrange CTC if not already held. Additional T&Cs Liability insurance – minimum level of cover £5, 000, 000 Professional indemnity – minimum level of cover £1, 000, 000. Must adhere to the Civil Service conduct and guidance and comply with the provisions of the Official Secrets Act 1911 to 1989. Termination period in respect of failure to deliver will be 7 days’ notice. For clarity, role falls outside the IR35 legislation. Skills & Experience • Demonstrate a track record in mapping, developing and improving end-to-end processes. 6% • Demonstrate the ability to use and have had experience using common business centric process mapping techniques and languages. 6% • Demonstrate familiarity with Business Architecture concepts including Motivational Modelling, Value Stream Mapping and Capability Modelling. 5% • Give 2 or more examples of working in a range of project delivery environments, with targets set and reviewed on a weekly basis. 6% • Provide examples of ability to work with senior stakeholders to secure access to interviewees in their working environment. 4% • Provide examples of effective workshop set up, facilitation and execution. 4% • Explain how domain expertise can be developed quickly. 3% • Provide 2 examples of interpersonal and influencing skills. 3% • Provide 2 or more examples of the ability to think creatively and the ability to articulate innovative ideas to solving complex business problems. 4% • Explain how information can be evaluated and presented in such a way that is easily understood by the target audience, including through written and oral communication. 4% • Minimum 2 examples of the ability to own issues, driving to resolution, showing how direction to inform sound business decisions based on business priority and technical feasibility was given-4% • Give 2 or more examples of actively contributing to the project management community of practice. 3% Give 2 or more examples of the ability to identify and raise project dependencies, whilst working in a wider team with multiple projects in-flight. 3% Nice to Haves • Prior experience of working in central government and/or law enforcement. 2% • Previous experience using Enterprise Modelling tools. 3% No. of Specialists to Evaluate 6 Cultural Fit Criteria Examples of demonstrating responsibility (leadership, serving your team, provide solutions to problems, engage in external/internal environments, seek best for the organisation beyond your team) with appropriate and professional manner.3% Give examples of the commitment to ensuring a team understands the user need over simply delivering work, whilst recognising wider demands and influences on delivery. 2% • Give examples of working transparently and collaboratively when making decisions and recommendations. 2% • Give examples of the ability to transfer skills and knowledge to relevant Immigration Enforcement staff. 3% Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 60% Cultural fit 10% Price 30% Questions from Suppliers No questions have been answered yet Budget range £400 to £550
