Combined community tissue viability service & lymphedema service. This combination will ensure that all patients at risk of or with tissue viability conditions receive effective diagnosis and targeted self-management support, monitoring, treatment, and care in order to maintain the highest quality of life and independence possible. Combined Lymphoedema and Tissue Viability Services. This is a Light Touch Regime procurement. The total value as stated in this notice is £1,357,100. The annual estimated value is £271,420 per year. A 3-year contract will, therefore, have a value of £814,260. There will be an option (at the CCG’s sole discretion) to extend the contract for a period of up to two further years thereafter. A 3-year contract plus an extension of a further two years thereafter would have an estimated value of £1,357,100. The duration has therefore been shown as 60 months.
