Tender description
Enfield Council has reviewed the current younger person’s accommodation pathway and remodelled it based upon future requirements. The pathway focuses on providing supported accommodation for young people from the age of 16 through to 24. The new pathway is tiered to deliver services based upon the needs of our young people. The support provided will develop the young person’s life skills enabling them to successfully move both within the service and beyond to fully independent living within an appropriate period of time. Young Peoples Generic Accommodation: — 16-17 year old supported accommodation, — 18-24 year old accommodation — Higher needs, — 18-24 year old accommodation — Medium needs, — 18-24 year old accommodation — Low needs. The service is dedicated to meeting the housing related support needs of young people with mental health problems through an intensively staffed Accommodation Based Service. Provision of accommodation with floating support for care leavers (18 years plus) who are currently the responsibility of Enfield Council.
