This tender is an interim competition until a separate procurement exercise for the new Lifeline service model is completed. The service requirements of this tender are the same as the current contract with one exception, the communications and public relations activities provided under the current contract are being brought ‘in-house’ to the PHA and therefore shall not form part of the contract awarded under this interim competition.
