North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS England and is managing this procurement process Under delegated commissioning arrangements NHS England has delegated the commissioning of primary medical services to NHS South Tees CCG, who are proposing to commission a GP practice under an APMS contract for the patients registered at Resolution Health Centre Practice in Middlesbrough. The contract will be for an initial period of 10 years with the option to extend by a further 5 years. This to be delivered from The Resolution Health Centre TS3 6AL. NHS England has a set price of 85.35 GBP for the Capitation Payments per weighted patient. This amount will be. Reduced by 4.92 % to account for the Out of Hours opt-outs resulting in a net price per weighted patient of 81.15 GBP. This capitation. Payment is designed to cover the Essential & Additional Services element of the contract as per the NHS (General Medical Services. Contracts) Regulations.
