Specification applicable to all categories: Conflict Resolution Training Conflict Resolution Refresher Training Breakaway Training Breakaway Refresher Training Managing Challenging Behaviour Training Lone Worker Training Communication Skills Training Restrictive Physical Intervention Training Contract dates: 01/04/2018 - 31/03/2021 with an option to extend for 1 x 12 months Training will be provided onsite at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Peterborough City Hospital and Rutland Hospital Training will be classroom based Required standards of the Training Provider: Provide evidence of delivery to and references for at least 3 similar healthcare organisations Provide evidence of Quality Assurance to a minimum of Institute of Conflict Management QAC status (or similar
