GB-Bristol: PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE - Gas Air Conditioning Removal

Background The requirement exists to remove a building installed gas Air Conditioning system. This is manufactured by APC and consists of some external wall mounted units, associated pipes and internal distribution unit. It was originally installed 2 years ago and was used to cool a small server room. Pictures are available upon request. Exact detail Remove all air conditioning elements, dispose of all removed elements and waste products in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. No further changes to building infrastructure are required. Any ingress or egress that currently exist for the Air condition system will be handled by the building infrastructure owner. Any additional building work caused by in correct removal will be the responsibility of the contractor. This requirement is a low value requirement, below £10,000. All expressions of interest shall be received no later than 12:00 12/12/17.
