Estates Building Management System (BMS) Replacement Works Framework Agreement

Tender description

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to establish a framework agreement to meet the Trust's requirements for the supply of Building Management Services (BMS) replacement works services. The ITT documentation provides bidders with the information needed to enable them to bid for the framework agreement to supply BMS replacement works on an on going basis. The key output from this procurement exercise will be the establishment of a framework of suitably qualified and experienced Providers to undertake BMS replacement works at the Trust's various premises, located across Sheffield. However, the Trust does not guarantee the volume of work which will be procured via the BMS replacement services framework contract. The Trust also reserves the right not to appoint any Provider or procure any work under the BMS replacement works framework contract.
