Tender description

Clanmil Housing Association are undertaking a digital transformation programme and are seeking an Electronic Document Management system to support the wider ambition of providing a more integrated and agile set of solutions for customers, staff and stakeholders. Integration to other solutions is paramount for the successful implementation of this project and as such we would seek interest from providers who can at the very outset meet the following high level specification. 1. The EDRMS must have proven demonstrable integration to Civica Cx Housing Management System. 2. The EDRMS must have demonstrable integrations to customer self-service portals or applications. 3. The EDRMS must have demonstrable integrations to mobile form applications/workforce management systems. 4. The EDRMS must demonstrate GDPR compliance functionality such as retention and ease of search and removal/redaction under the right to be forgotten. Detailed technical specification will be provided to all providers, who are deemed to have met the above high-level specification, at tender stage. Clanmil reserve the right to seek clarification from tenderers at any stage.
