Summary of the work To deliver the transition from the outgoing service provider to an in house solution including the migration of data and transition of up to 14TB of data, up to 700 users c12m files by 12th January 2018. The data is to be migrated to in-house Exchange Server. Expected Contract Length 8 weeks Latest start date Monday 18 December 2017 Why the Work is Being Done To deliver the transition from the outgoing service provider to an in house solution including the migration of data and transition of up to 700 users by 12th January 2018. This will include the mapping of user accounts and floor walking post transition to support users with their new equipment and services. Problem to Be Solved Contract expired with no provision for extension and continuity of service for all users required. Who Are the Users High Profile users requiring continuity of service. Existing Team In house team. Current Phase Discovery Skills & Experience • Have proven experience in enterprise data migration. • Previous experience of similar transitions • Have proven experience of safely transporting high volumes of data • Have core skills around the application of scripting languages or other automated methodologies. Work Location Great George Street. London. Working Arrangments Onsite 5 days a week (9 a.m - 6 p.m) with possible weekend working.
