Contract Award Notice - Provision of design and print management services to SEAI

Tender description

The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers to establish a design and print panel of six services providers for Design and Print Management services to SEAI. The following scoring system was applied in respect of the award criteria: Award Criteria 1. Range and depth of previous relevant experience and quality and level of resources to be applied to the service. 40 marks (minimum score required 28) 2. Approach to providing the service including print management process. 20 marks (minimum score required 14) 3. Cost of service 40 marks Total 100 marks (maximum score) Contracts was awarded on 27th July 2017 for one year with option to extend for further 2 years. 15 tenders were received on time, of which 15 were submitted by SMEs, and 2 were received from another Member State. All 15 tenders were received electronically. Contracts were awarded to: Bennis Design, Dublin, Ireland; Mitchell Kane, Belfast, United Kingdom; RichardsDee, Dublin, Ireland; Fudge Design, Dublin, Ireland; Begley Hutton, Dublin, Ireland; and Neworld Associates, Dublin, Ireland. All of which were SMEs. Highest tender: €10,950 (ex. VAT) Lowest tender: €3,575 (ex. VAT) The contract is related to a project and/or programme financed by European Union funds: Yes, ERDF.
