Tender description

Cleaning of elements internally / externally to approximately 119 common stairwells with a possible further 32 being added in years 2 and 3 of the contract. Close cleaning to cover approximately 119 common stairwells. Works shall include washing staiwell windows internally / externally and presenting / returning wheelie bins on days of rubbish collection. It should be further noted that a possible 32 closes belonging to Trafalgar Housing Association located in the Dalmuir area may be amalgamated into Years 2 and 3 of the contract. It should also be noted that it shall be a Project Requirement that cleaning externally of the close windows shall be carried out using a telescopic washing system.
