He City of Edinburgh Council (‘the Council’) rents sites across the Council's estate to Concessionaires for the provision of high quality food and beverage outlets for residents, tourists and visitors to Edinburgh. The Council is seeking experienced and ambitious Concessionaires for 11 sites across the City who will bring exciting design concepts and high quality food and beverage provision to the city. The sites available are detailed below: Lot 1 — City Art Centre Cafe; Lot 2 — East Princes Street Gardens Kiosk; Lot 3 — West Princes Street Gardens Fountain Cafe; Lot 4 — Lauriston Castle Cafe/Restaurant; Lot 5 — The Meadows Magnet Play Area — Mobile catering unit; Lot 6 — Cramond Foreshore — Mobile catering unit; Lot 7 — Victoria Park — Mobile catering unit; Lot 8 — Saughton Park — Mobile catering unit; Lot 9 — Inverleith Park — Mobile catering unit; Lot 10 — Leith Links — Mobile catering unit; Lot 11 — West Princes Street Gardens — Cottage Stance.
