Market Soundings-The Irish Development Authority (IDA) intends to run a competitive procurement process to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of Project Management/Quantity Surveyor led design team services. This PIN is being published for the sole purpose of informing potential candidates of the proposed Multi-supplier framework projects will include:- — Advanced Technology Buildings circa. 30 000 ft² (in certain regions could be 45,000 ft²) with LEED accreditation. — Advanced Office Building c. 30 000 ft² (in certain regions could be 45,000 ft²) with LEED accreditation — Technical Advisory Roles, when buildings are completed IDA may in certain cases fund the fit out of the building and IDA requires the valuations to be evaluated and certified for the end user draw down funds — Building refurbishment Design of same and delivery of revamp — Master-planning of IDA existing and potential landbanks and parks — Due Diligence and Opinion on potential IDA Lands (for lands IDA may acquire) — Deliver Roads & Services on newly acquired IDA Lands and existing landbanks — Extend Roads & Services within existing IDA Parks — Condition Surveys and Feasibility Reviews & Park Upgrades to existing parks in all disciplines.
