Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (the ‘Council’) is seeking to bring together an experienced and appropriately qualified Architect-led design team with outstanding design and detailing skills to take forward the New Care Home and Day Centre Project in Southend-on-Sea. The Council is located approximately 40 miles east of London, situated north of the River Thames.
