Tender description

The Council wishes to procure an organisation to deliver magazines and other literature and promotional items in bulk and door to door. The main item being the Council's magazine for residents 'Citylife', which is to be delivered door to door to every household and business within the boundaries of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne. Citylife is a tabloid-sized magazine with 36 to 48 pages with a print run of 121,000. There are currently two issues of Citylife a year. In addition a guide to lifelong learning magazine is currently distributed to all households and businesses in the city three times a year. The guide to lifelong learning is also a tabloid-sized publication with 28 to 40 pages with a print run of 143,000.
