The purpose of the contract is to allow companies to tender for the collection & disposal of confidential waste on behalf of Manchester City Council (MCC) at various sites within the boundaries of Manchester. There are 3 lots for this tender Lot 1A - Offsite shredding & Disposable Services Lot 1B - Off-site Scheduled Collection Lot 2 - High Security Under the terms of the proposed contract MCC requires the supplier to undertake the removal of confidential waste and provide a range of services to support improvements in recycling rates and the carbon reduction for our service users.
