NEPO is seeking to procure a Framework Contract for a Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resourcing. The purpose of this notice is to provide prior information to the marketplace on the intentions of NEPO and to advertise an open invite for future Market Consultation meetings. Meetings will take place on the 9.1.2018 and 11.1.2018. 3 appointments per day will be made available and secured on a first come first served basis. Appointments are for a maximum of 120 minutes and limited to 4 attendees per supplier. Appointments will be confirmed in due course and a letter sent out with further details on the location, format and agenda. Suppliers unable to attend will still be allowed an opportunity to provide feedback via the NEPO Portal. The solution will provide for all types of temporary agency resource and across a number of supply categories on behalf of NEPO Members and NEPO Associate Members. The existing Framework Contract involves a sole supplier arrangement for a Vendor Neutral Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resource. It is anticipated the future iteration will also operate as a Vendor Neutral offering. NEPO will also seek to understand alternative approaches as part of the Market Consultation meetings referenced above. The estimated value included in this prior information notice is based on current volumes per annum, extrapolated across a 48 month period. The value may however be subject to change on the basis that the resulting Framework Contract is expected to be available for use by all UK wider public sector organisations.
